Participant area6th Edition Finalists and New Deadline for the Audience Award
October 23, 2026
We are pleased to announce that the list of finalist short films for this sixth edition of the We Art Water Film Festival is now available. We would like to thank and congratulate all participants for the outstanding quality and inspiring perspective of the submissions received regarding the climate crisis and water.
A total of 55 works have reached the final stage across the three official categories:
- Micro-fiction: 17 finalists.
- Micro-documentary: 19 finalists.
- Micro-animation: 19 finalists.
Choose your favorite short film: voting is open until November 17.
While the jury evaluates the entries in the official categories, the decision for the Audience Award is in your hands. To encourage broader international participation, we have updated the schedule originally outlined in the terms and conditions.
Accordingly, public voting will remain open until November 17 at 23:59 (UTC+1 / GMT+1).
Anyone can watch the finalist entries and vote for their favorites. The short film with the highest number of votes will receive the Audience Award, which includes a €1,000 prize.
