Mami Wata is a true life story of Mrs Aline Assomo,a young woman who lost her husband,house and properties due to droughts and floods.She later was forced to migrate to the city to look for shelter and earn a living so as to come back and rebuild their broken home destroyed by climate crisis.Back in the city she noticed that a lot of people are adopting a lifestyle which is damaging our environment. She opens a water business where she uses her story to teach people about the importance of adopting a better lifestyle by ending deforestation, global warming,pollution, combustion of fossil fuels which changes the natural water cycle, increases dehydration and causes floods.In this documentary she tells us to come together and help our nature help us by taking care of it and to be conscious of the value of water that gives us life.
