The city of Hyderabad in India stands on the banks of River Musi. Waste water and effluents from the city is drained into this river. The water is then discharged to nearby villages. The villagers without acknowledging the harmful effects of this waste water use it for irrigation. They even use the sludge water discharged by RO (Reverse Osmosis) plants for day to day use. Sadly these villagers do not know the harm they are doing to themselves by using these waste water. Ironically they are happy to use these water because they do not have any other alternative source of irrigation. So the film is a satire on how sometimes necessity triumphs over safety.
